Great quality price with fast shipping

Buyed a laptop 8 days ago and after first day they Sayed the battery need to be changed. Okey , I wait. It s the 8th day right now and still don't have laptop and they don't respond to mail's and phone number from site doesn't work. For who want s to be next customer..enjoy !

A mixed experience.
I needed a cheap basic laptop so I chose not the cheapest but not far off it.
Taking their description of how everything is refurbished checked and tested, I thought perfect.
However the laptop I received was filthy dirty and there wasn’t even an operating system installed, so clearly neither checked nor tested.

I immediately tried to contact the seller but as you are unable to speak to anyone at the company and everything is done by email, more than one employee deals with your emails resulting in multiple emails explaining and requesting the same thing over and over.

All said and done a replacement was after week sent which I am satisfied with.

Next day delivery didn’t happen either with the original order nor the replacement which was marked up as sent in my account.

AVOID this website! I Ordered a monitor, delivered without the base, therefore I have initiated a return and since then no response from their Customer service despite my attempts! I am now left with a useless monitor and no ways to send it back. Go somewhere else to make your purchase this website is not worth it - awful experience.

Do not trust them! 5 star laptop...it looks used very old laptop. Battery doesnt work..it won't load. So i wasted 215 euros for a broken laptop. And no response.

The laptop that I bought is not in stock.

I found the product I needed here at a cheaper price and with good quality. Highly recommended!

My colleague has been trying to get a refund from them for 6 weeks. Nothing.

Worst experience ever.

Next day delivery took 8 days. Then they sent a computer with the wrong hard disk and the keyboard had stickers on top of the keys. They don't answer the phone, email replies very slow.

Later I sent the computer back for a repair. It got lost in the mail. Waiting 6 weeks now for a refund.

Selling damage laptop, battery dead and chassic is damaged too with holes… after two trys to contact, no response.. dont need this laptop with dead battery

Made some inquiry regarding Dell latitude E6430 ATG (five stars/tidy condition). Newer received feed back. In mean time they sold all 5 and 4 stars. I end up buying 3 stars. Received laptop that differ from advertised one. Will update my review upon resolving this issue. Some update: Now is 22 day since they received item and so fare repayment did not took the place despite the fact that the refund should be made in 14 days. Total disappointment. Finally refund took the place. Due to lack of communication, three stars from me.

it is like money hunting. I requested for refaund (87 euros) or changing the monitors, they asked me to send back the monitors to them for changing.now I sent them back and I paid 20 Euros to post again (means in totall I spent more than 100 Euros). 3 weeks passed, and they dont reply to my mails and they has not even refuand my money.
