I always love to buy from remass because the clothes are so affordable and such good quality even though most are second hand.I love the whole vintage collection and it’s so rare to find a website with this style of clothing.It comes relatively quickly aswell !

shipping and toll
The website offers free shipping above £130 gbp, paid £135 gbp, but got charged £16 gbp shipping costs. Furthermore the german border control charged me around £40 gbp for inspection. I will never order again.

Best Vintage Shop Ever!
The best place to shop second hand, have super cool pieces that have affordable prices, accurate sizing, great communication from the team and fast shipping, if you want to shop sustainably this is the place to shop. I’ve not visited their store yet but would love to, currently just shopping on their website and have had the best experience. Two items in my previous order had minor stains that weren’t mentioned in the description of the items, but I was emailed to be informed about it before it was shipped just so I was aware and it’s great to know they strive to give the best customer service. Very fast shipping too, ship the next business day and they use Royal Mail tracked 24 for orders over £130 that’s a major plus. I’m very happy with the overall experience and can’t wait to shop more on there.

Glasses 👓 not what they seem
My daughter received some items from here which we will return for an exchange shortly- hoping for a smooth exchange process - so far fast delivery ✔️ and good customer service communication ✔️ my daughter thought she was getting some vintage pre worn Gucci glasses - cant upload my photographs of said item for some reason- I know Gucci fairly well and let’s just say the glasses are not what they should be . This has made for a disappointing experience so far but as mentioned customer service are active and I hope when we raise the exchange the experience will be better and I can update this review.

Best online shop ever
I ordered one vintage piece ant one if their originals. Both are the perfect size and the materials are very soft an comfortable. I ordered on the 12.01 and the package arrived on the 16th! I dont live in the Uk so that was really fast. Im really happy about my order and will shop there again! 🫶🏻
