I rented an apartment through this agency. Dylan barely replies to any emails I send and I'm lucky if I get a call back from them.
I agreed with them that I would get my deposit back if I cooperated for them getting a new tenant for their place. They got a new person and I even deep cleaned the place. I only got 25% back from my deposit. Terrible company with horrible business practices, avoid at all cost!
Possibly the worst Customer Service imaginable ! This Company nailed a 'For Sale' sign on my house gate pier without permission, (could have easily put the post in the garden) - left holes in the pier and I have been asking for the past year to have this repaired but they will not return to do the work. Completely ignore all emails and when I ring the only number available I get the same Response- "I'll pass on the Message" Terrible Estate Agent, stay well clear !!
