If I could give them 0 stars I would

If I could give them 0 stars I would, 2 months before Christmas my partner and dad both ordered separate things for me for Christmas, it took them 6 weeks to deliver joggers and a hoodie after saying it would take 3-5 days. And then when I raised it with customer service they ignored me for weeks,I then managed to find the owners Instagram and sent him a message, he was slightly more helpful but the customer service had already been completely ruined, avoid this company if you can.
