Ollie made a beautiful necklace with a photo of my late son. It is absolutely stunning and so well made. The customer service and communication was the best I have ever experienced, giving me updates at every stage including a video of the Stanhope in action. The necklace arrived in perfect condition and in good time, in a beautifully presented package with a print of the photo he used. Such a lovely touch, and really great that he followed up to check I was happy. I highly recommend Ollie and will most likely be coming back for more.

Firstly, I have to say that I love my Remember necklace. Beautifully crafted and so much more than I could ever have imagined.
The customer service was second to none. I was informed at each stage of the process as to what would happen next and how long it would take. All timescales were met and the product was delivered on time. I also had a follow-up email to check if it had arrived and if I was happy with it.
A big thank you to the very talented Ollie who made my necklace. It is so beautiful and I will treasure it for ever.

Very impressed with my beautiful gold necklace and pendant with a photo of my mum and Dad the quality is fantastic I wanted something personal and didn't want a locket its so lovely that only I know what is on it unless I want to show it or take a moment I would definitely recommend to everyone and having lovely update made it more special

Wow what can I say, from the moment we placed the order to the necklace arriving Ollie's service has been absolutely amazing. We couldn't decide between 2 images so he sent a video of both to help choose. Always quick to answer any query. The necklace is even better in real life and my friend was over the moon when she saw it, it even ( unbeknown to us when ordering) matches her wedding ring. I lost my only child last year and I was looking for a subtle piece of jewellery that I could wear on a daily basis that contained my daughter’s picture but wasn’t as obvious as a locket. I came across an advertisement for Remember on Facebook and ordered the “Classic” custom photo necklace in sterling silver. The necklace arrived today and I am delighted with it. It is both subtle and elegant and nobody would know that it contained a photo of my daughter unless I told them or I held it up to the light.
The necklace was beautifully packaged and contained an information booklet and an additional Stanhope lens.
From ordering to delivery Ollie Richer kept me informed at every stage of the process. He sent me a short video of what the image would look like when seen through the lens and he was kind enough to delay postage when I was away on holiday. I couldn’t recommend Ollie and his jewellery highly enough.

It’s beyond beautiful. The pictures really do not do the piece justice. I have so many lockets so this is extremely special

The service was second to none!! Ollie was great I messed my timings up a little to get the pendant on time but Ollie was really helpful and I was able to present my husband with his anniversary gift and now he has a lasting memory of his faithful boy.

I recently purchase a necklace with a photo of me and my siblings in as a Mother’s Day present for my mum. The necklace was beautifully crafted and my mum absolutely loves being able to carry such a cherished memory close to her heart. Would highly recommend as a sentimental gift, my mum has not stopped talking about it!

I was lucky enough to win the January give away and ordered a heart necklace. Ollie was fantastic at communicating throughout and sent me a video of the Stanhope once set which was a lovely touch.
