Excellent customer service
I ordered a bread tin from Remgent and was initially very disappointed when a tin of the wrong size was delivered. I contacted the company by email and was delighted to receive a reply within a few minutes apologising for the error and promising that a new tin of superior quality would be dispatched the next day. Later that evening I confirmed the exact tin I wanted and again received an email back confirming that my choice would be sent as soon as possible.
It arrived today and I am so pleased with it. The quality is outstanding and it is exactly the dimensions of my old tin which has served me faithfully for over twenty years but is now no longer functional. Thank you Remgent for such excellent customer service. I didn’t even have to return the wrong tin so now I have a spare for making smaller loaves.

Super family-run company
I ordered a flask from Remgent. I chose them because they are a family company and have good prices. The item I ordered turned out to be out of stock, but they sourced one from an alternative supplier at no additional cost to me. Brilliant customer service.

I gave five stars for packing, delivery and sale price.
It's a quality cake cooling wire tray but there was the odd area that was chipped near the edge on the coating.
I didn't send it back as the price was excellent and it's still very usable.
Thank you for a wonderful service.
I would shop with Remgent again.
