We recently had our flooring completed by Remington Flooring and the entire experience has been exceptional.

From the outset, everything felt well organised, transparent and thoughtfully handled. Communication in particular was excellent throughout, always clear, timely and consistent at every stage. Natalie was a pleasure to deal with. She was responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful in answering questions and keeping us informed, which made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring.

Geoff’s workmanship is outstanding. There is a real pride in what he does and the attention to detail is evident in every part of the finish. The floor has completely transformed the space, bringing a warmth and quality that only comes from true craftsmanship.

It is rare to find a company that delivers both such a high standard of work and this level of care in customer experience. A genuinely impressive team and one I would highly recommend.

Our oak and parquet flooring was in a dreadful condition but Remington Flooring were definitely up to the task and the floors look like new. They were very efficient and tidy and completed the work in under a week which was exceptional given what they had to do. We were delighted to have had them recommended to us. I only wish I had got them in beforehand as the house looks SO much better with the floors refurbished. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Natalie is great support at the office and a superb communicator, nothing was too much trouble and they all bent over backwards to accommodate our requirements, including putting themselves out for us both in terms of time and money when a manufacturer let them down, cannot recommend highly enough!

We got flooded over a year ago and have only been able to start renovations in the last few months. Geoff, Sam and Natalie were highly recommended to us and they certainly didn’t disappoint us. They were there to sand and oil our damp ridden and marked floor. They also turned up on time, are incredibly friendly, explained exactly what they were going to do and executed it with amazing precision and workmanship. Our ground floor looks amazing and like new.
I would highly recommend this family company and will definitely be using them again.

Remington has just fitted the ground floor of our house with Moduleo LVT Sierra Oak. We chose Remington following some research and tendering locally, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Natalie does all the planning, ordering and invoicing and she is extremely professional about it. She responds to messages promptly, keeps you post throughout the process and is very friendly.
Geoff and Sam came to prepare the floor (which was not is the best of conditions) and to lay the new flooring.They were superb! Great communication, punctual and did everything they promised they would do, within given timescales.
The work is clean, neat and prices very competitive. They also kept us informed and involved throughout the process.
We are very happy with the outcome and will definetely use their services when changing the flooring on the rest of the house. Many thanks to Remington flooring!!!
