Excellent service
Really impressed with Re-Mint. I was initially a little sceptical because their online quote for my iPhone was considerably better than I’d been offered elsewhere, particularly as the phone had a cracked screen.
The whole process was straightforward, communication was excellent and, after inspecting the phone, they honoured the original quote with no attempt to reduce it. Payment was made promptly too.
A genuinely easy, hassle-free experience. I’d definitely use Re-Mint again and would happily recommend them.

We get that a lot: a better quote than everywhere else, on a phone with a cracked screen, does sound a bit too good to be true. The quote is the quote though. We'd rather price it properly up front and pay what we said than lure people in and chip away at it once the phone's in our hands.

This is 100% the place to go for selling old phones. Firstly they quoted the best price which is enough of a reason in itself. But also everything was extremely quick, payment, delivery etc. The tracking system they have on the portal is incredibly detailed and updates very quick. Alongside all of this the customer service is second to none. There was a failed delivery of my phone back to ReMint (no fault of their own) and despite that took it upon themselves to process my phone and payment no more than an hour after it was delivered back to them the following day. All while updating me of the process via messaging (shoutout to James, a huge help). I really wouldn’t think about going elsewhere or recommending anyone else to do so either. Excellent company

What a smooth experience. ReMint offered the best price but not only that, the price increased whilst my phone was in transit and they honoured the higher valuation. Everything was really smooth and easy, excellent customer service, fast payment. Can't recommend these guys enough. Don't go elsewhere, use ReMint. Much better than the larger companies that are looking to maximise profit. The customer service alone makes ReMint worth it, let alone the fact they likely beat the bigger companies on pricing too. I found this company from amazing recommendations from friends I have to say Customer Service is brilliant, i’ve had a lot of old phones lying about they didn’t realise could be worth so much money. I shopped around to find a good price for my iPhone with a cracked back. I hadn't heard of ReMint but decided to give them ago. Honestly, I am blown away. The pack arrived, I sent my phone back via the post office and got paid in 2 days, literally exactly as they said.
