I ordered a set of three skincare products and there was a mistake in delivered order. When I informed Michelle about it, she immediately sent me the missing balm along with a small gift. Not bad, I just realized later that I ordered with essential oils and immediately emailed to have the Tallow balm without it. Never saw my email and send it with it but overall very nice

I love this product, it leaves my hair silky and smooth, i use it everyday, the only thing i would love is a 250ml glass bottle instead of a 100ml glass bottle, if thats possible please please do it hehe 🙂
