Thank you Remodelmate for doing an awesome job creating my mancave. Chad and the contractor 50 East did a great job working with me despite challenges along the way. When the wholesaler miscalculated how many cases I needed Chad went straight there to pick up additional cases when I was at work. I highly recommend Remodelmate to take the lead on whatever project you have around the house.

The folks at remodelmate went out of their way to make sure our bathroom remodel job was finished with quality in mind. They worked directly with our contractors who were also responsive when some unexpected challenges popped up with our plumbing.

The quote process was straight-forward and transparent, and my kitchen was beautifully renovated.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about remodelmate. I mean it’s contracting so there are going to be bumps along the way, but the remodelmate team went above and beyond to resolve everything expeditiously and in a manner better than I ever expected. And the finished product - two bathrooms, a kitchen, a mud room, and a two utility closets (in a condo I should add) - far exceeded anything we thought we would have. The most amazing part was not the far-below-market rates, but the fact that the team (Chad, Andrew, Logan, etc) asked me ways I thought they could improve their product and as a consumer I was able to provide feedback that will hopefully improve the experience for all of you reading this! I promise you that you won’t be disappointed in the DMV area if you choose remodelmate!

This was a quick and easy way to get a contractor in to take care of a small project. We were able to work with Remodelmate to scope the project virtually, and they matched us up with excellent workers who were quick, efficient, on time, and did great work.

I’ve had four jobs done with remodelmate - cabinet installation, light installation, power outlet installation on my deck, and an attic ladder installed to connect to my roof deck. All were down expertly and professionally, and Chad has been a faithful consultant over the years in recommended great contractors. I heartily recommend remodelmate!!

I was excited to try this new service. It seemed to tick all the boxes in curing all the frustrating things regarding renovations. They vet the contractors, they intervene regarding pricing, and they hold the money until the job is complete to customer satisfaction. The one thing I would say was confusing was the procurement of materials - what I was responsible for getting or purchasing and what the contractors were. Also, explaining what specifically needed to be done concerning site specific conditions. Overall, much better than dealing with contractors directly especially if getting them myself
