Been using Remoskas’ for perhaps 15 years and found them resilient, simple to use and overall good value. However, we bought a new model last year and there’s a developing problem already with the handles. The handles are becoming loose and of course this is a safety issue. We may well return it to Lakeland for a replacement or refund. Shame.

I have 2. One is over 10 years old. They are used every day. Roasts, jacket potatoes, crumbles, cakes, bread, curries. Far cheaper at 400w than my oven at 2500w. Cooks anything you can cook in an oven.

I have had a Remoska for 13 years and it is still in working order after using it most days of the week, but I cannot get a replacement pan as they now have another design and my pan is losing the coating around the edge. I have been using an oven liner in it as I do so love my Remoska. I decided a few weeks ago to invest in the new style but had difficulty in finding one. However after much searching I found one on EBay and ordered that one. It works well and is in very good condition but is a very big disappointment when compared to my old one. I would be very surprised if this lasted anywhere near the 13 years that I have had my old one which was a solid metal make not the plastic that the new one is covered in. I have paid more than double the price of my old one but would have been happy with that had the new one been of such a great standard. I feel very let down by the big drop in standard by Remoska and don’t think I will be singing the praises of this model.

So it appears Remoska UK have gone bust I have an issue with a Remoska bought less than a year ago have continuously tried to contact them. I noticed now all items are all out of stock on their website so I guess their three year warranty is worth absolutely nothing! if you're looking to purchase a remoska be careful

Bought my Remoska tria just over a year ago. At the time Remoska UK's customer service was excellent. The Remoska itself is an amazing gadget. I bought it for my caravan and we love it that much we also use it at home. However, I've got an issue with it and there's no longer contact details for Remoska UK. When I email Remoska eu I get an acknowledgement but nothing further, despite 5 emails. It's still in guarantee and the silence is really frustrating.

Is anybody answering your emails? My Tria is a year old and faulty. No contact number on website, no answer from UK, EU or CZ email addresses. Are you even still in business???

I ordered a Remoska direct from Remoska UK. It arrived after a few days and upon opening the Remoska was found to be faulty with a badly distorted pan, a manufacturing defect. The Remoska should never have been packed in this condition, the defect was major and very noticeable. I had to go through the inconvenience of returning the Remoska. I was promised a refund because there are no spare pans (but Lakeland sells them). 2 weeks after sending it back still no refund. You can do better than this Remoska UK, a great little cooker but you need to get your act together. I didn't want to write this but damaged goods and slow to refund it is just not good enough.

Great customer service. The 2litre remoska prime works really well and is very effective.
