DONT USE REMOTE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT AS CONTRACTOR esp IF YOU'RE IN AFRICA

from the comfort letter i received from them. remote uses wise to receive and payout funds so why do they take days to process payments? after having received confirmaiton that payment was made by the HR department i contract for on the 26th, its now the 4th and im still waiting . I dont advise anyone in africa to use remote as a platform to receive payments. youll be left in the second week of the month with expenses not paid due to an inefficient platform

Good experience.

Remote acted as an intermediary between me and the UK company I worked for. It was a very positive experience. They handled all the formalities and emailed me all the documents, so I could focus solely on my work.
