Very confusing and not very informative…

Very confusing and not very informative billing. Every single time we have to ask for more information. The payroll team takes forever to answer (in my case it took 4 weeks, which was insane as they should have the employees records very clear in their system).
Customer service is fast, but does not seem very knowledgeable. The platform is packed with things that do not apply to us. Just overall a very bad experience.

Prompt and cordial support for employment request

Both a great platform / tool and great…

Both a great platform / tool and great people to work with. Always get swift responses from customer success, as well as our account manager jumping in when needed. We use Remote for EoR, payroll in multiple countries, and are moving to their new ATS now :)
