The other way of recruiting
We, AvaFin IT, recruit quite unusually. The CV and technical skills form the basis for us, which must be given, and then we conduct interviews to find out who would also be a cultural fit. We use an assessment to do this, and with Remote Crew it was easy to keep our system and still get quality candidates. In addition, it seemed that the cultural criteria were also taken into account as the proposals became more and more suitable.
Also of great value in the job initiation process as they were always quick and knowledgeable with questions from both sides.
We will continue to work with Remote Crew in the future, especially when we are looking for specialists.
