I signed up for a one-week subscription to try the website. However, the subscription has been automatically renewed and I was charged without explicit consent at the time of renewal. This is very disappointing and misleading. There is no transparency when handling payments!
I want a full refund!

A bit of a delay in getting a response , but when I did receive , it was very easy to resolve my access issue.

The company responded promptly-both times! A few days later they reached out again just to be sure the issue had been resolved.

I particularly loved their customer service, they’re really fast and really want to help and understand your problem.
I recommend them, you can trust this app, they’re really helpful!

It is only to grab your money, and baffled yourselves, as a subscription of 49.99 $us. This without receiving any help to actually find jobs. If you're not paying attention, they will continue charging you and not reimburse for not actually finding your job. Scam. Stay away

First of all, I applied for sooo many job adds and NEVER got any respond!!! Second, They will never issue you refund under any circumstances. I forgot to cancel and haven’t used it and asked for refund and they totally rejected me. Such a greedy company 😠

First of all, I wanted to thank you for sending me the link that gained access to the website. That worked perfectly as far as improvement goes. I think it would be nice if there was an app so things could move along a little quicker. I also found the building of my profile very time-consuming. Everything didn't translate over from my résumé. I had to put in a lot of things separately, it took me hours. I wasn't really looking to invest hours. I was kind of looking for that to be done for me. I thought that I could pay and someone would take care of everything. I guess I didn't really want to do it myself. i'm not very good at it and I thought paying someone else would improve my chances.

After I put everything in, then applying for a job was rather cumbersome as well because all the information that I had already inputted to the website didn't transfer over to their personal site so again I was repeating everything. This process was probably more annoying for me and some people because I've been a nurse for 25 years so that's a lot of information to input. I had multiple jobs that I want to apply for, but I only ended up applying for one because the process was so cumbersome.I'm gonna try a couple of the other companies and see if the process is easier and if it's not easier, I'm gonna probably cancel this membership. Overall , I like the concept, but the function is a little lacking.

It's crazy how bad it is. The most crazy thing is, that the platform is so bad, when I try to upload my Resume from my phone, FOR A PLATFORM ABOUT JOB FINDING, it doesn't let me add my resume. After showing them this in email, they still kept asking me to record a video etc.

One of the most basic things, uploading your resume, doesn't work on your PAID platform from the start and you want me to go all back and forth just to fix the MOST BASIC funncionality. UNREAL.

And then, after asking for a refund, they tell me that I need to apply to 100 jobs if I want to get a refund, WHILE THEIR PLATFORM DOESN'T LET ME UPLOAD MY RESUME.

After also checking the available jobs, as it tells you that it's special and has some hidden jobs, the only thing that it shows me are the same old Linkedin jobs and even so, their scraper is so bad, they had 4 dublicates of the same job on 1 page. They can't even pre-filter that.

The whole platform looks like a bad pre-aplha that you have to pay for it, while there are so many free platforms that are 10 times better.

Remotejobsfinder customer service is really good. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any jobs in the sector I was looking for.

Fast response to issue with a password set up that was never sent to me in the first place.

Politique de paiement plus que floue : le renouvellement automatique est facturé à un tarif bien plus élevé que le paiement initial, sans information claire préalable. Malgré le fait que je les ai contactés moins de deux heures après le renouvellement automatique, ils refusent catégoriquement de procéder à un remboursement.

Une pratique que je trouve tout simplement lamentable. J’ai donc saisi la répression des fraudes en parallèle.

The payment policy is extremely unclear: the automatic renewal is charged at a much higher price than the initial payment, without any clear prior information. Even though I contacted them less than two hours after the automatic renewal, they categorically refused to issue a refund.

A practice I find simply unacceptable. I have therefore also reported this to the consumer protection authorities.

The make you pay for the supscription telling you there are hundreds of job opportunities fitting your profile and then u find yourself with like 10 that are far away from what you are searching for. 70% of these are scams and not existing.

Costumer service on the website is no were to be found.

I don’t think the jobs were great that were listed but the customer service was excellent!

It really wasn’t an issue. I thought I couldn’t go to the website but I got in. I appreciate the prompt response!

My issue was addressed in a timely manner. I did not have to wait for a prolonged period to get an answer.

Typical job board scam, tells you there are many roles for you to apply for, once you've paid, those opportunities disappear, avoid this one.

They promised handling with the issues, I was facing with. I hope it works. Also they granted my one month more membership.

I was told I'd have a few hundred job opportunities to apply to based off of answers I gave to their quiz and when I got into my account there were zero. I continued searching for a few days with different filters and continued to find nothing I actually qualified for or that worked for what I'm looking for. It took a while to get a refund.

Easy to use and intuitive interface, good support with resume creation and idea generation for the cover letter. needs manual oversight, but speeds up the process. loads of job openings, with some restrictuions due to location..
