Outstanding support. I find the product very easy to use, I receive my payments on time. I signed up for medical insurance directly on remotepass but i have not used it yet. I like that i can pay for it monthly directly on the app. I recommend.

I was invited by an employer to onboard using RemotePass and my experience so far has been great. Their support team is top-notch, especially Sameer. The thing I enjoy the most is the multiple withdrawal methods they support. I can easily switch from a bank account to another or even receive my salary via PayPal. No delays in processing payments. These guys are super-stars
These guys are super-stars -- best customer success experience out of any of the major providers (remote.com etc) highly recommend, especially for companies with complex legal structures, there are features and functionality like paying from entities and amending contracts that the other providers require you to go through their team vs in product.
