Remote Utilities is a great solution if you need a reliable, functional and relatively inexpensive remote access tool. It is especially suitable for small businesses, IT support or those who value security and control over the infrastructure. If the developers refresh the UI and further optimize stability with a weak Internet, it will be almost perfect.

Have been using remote utilities for years in my personal time and it has always worked as expected. Easy to setup and get running. If I had any suggestion it would be to make some visual and layout improvements to the Desktop UI as well as the mobile version which is not really good. But overall my experience has been A+ and reliable.
