I booked removal plus Omar on April 13 house move. , as he? As recommended by some of ladies groups in Indian community. I spoke to him few days before for confirmation he did confirmed that he will make it , even on previous night I took bank account details and even did a 1£ pound transfer to ensure I am keeping ready. On April 13 9.30 am appointment we had everything packed right upto fridge items like bread , milk with 2 young children waiting for house move. I tried to call on mobile number , landline number, texted to both lines. The mobile lines aren't connecting. We tried waiting in road for few hours and no response at all. We had to arrange something else with courtesy from other house move and finally moved on late night on April 13. Never trust this company and Omar , with 2 young children we suffered a. Lot on such a critical business.
I had a really good experience with Removal Plus 365, I contacted them at 8pm for a collection/delivery the following morning. Communication was excellent throughout with lots of updates, and delivery was super quick and smooth. I highly recommend them, they definitely gave me peace on mind on my sofa delivery!
