Working with this company has been one…

Working with this company has been one of the most frustrating, time consuming, and utterly disappointing experiences we’ve ever encountered. From start to finish, their lack of responsibility and disregard for basic customer service standards has been astonishing. We contacted them multiple times, provided clear instructions, and even spoke directly with their representatives. Despite all this, they repeatedly ignored our concerns, dismissed our emails, and made promises they never fulfilled.

We were assured, time and again, that our subscription had been cancelled. Yet, the charges kept coming. Each month, we checked our statements only to find that they had charged us again despite their repeated assurances to the contrary. When we tried to get clarity, we were met with either silence or vague, evasive responses that provided no actual solutions. The lack of communication was inexcusable; it felt as though our concerns simply weren’t important enough for them to address.

Beyond the charges, the company also failed to deliver any meaningful results. Their entire process felt like a string of empty promises, with no tangible progress or outcomes to show for the time and money we invested. What’s most insulting is the way they continued to string us along, making us believe that things were resolved, only to turn around and repeat the same irresponsible behavior. It’s as if they thought we wouldn’t notice or that we simply wouldn’t care.

This level of incompetence and dishonesty is unacceptable for any professional organization. To be ignored, overcharged, and lied to is bad enough to be left without any results after enduring all that is beyond comprehension. I would strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice. Based on our experience, this company operates without accountability, without effective communication, and without respect for its clients. They have caused nothing but frustration, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.
