As I had a query about returning the goods, I phoned the Monkstown branch and got such helpful advice that I would have no fears about requesting a refund in the future.
Generally, I am totally satisfied when shopping online with Renaissance.

Excellent service
Excellent service!! Ordered online one day recently and got the goods next day. Almost as good as visiting in person! Have always found staff to be interested, helpful and friendly but not pushy or interfering!! Love the knitwear, tops and Jewellery. I’ll be back in person soon I hope but in the meantime online offer is great too.

Love this shop! They always have a lovely variety of stock! You can browse at your ease without being pressurized and the staff are friendly and helpful! They have an online service now which is good news!

Great Experience in Renaissance !
I recently decided to brave the online shopping world for the first time by placing an order with one of my favourite boutiques - Renaissance in Monkstown. The staff there are always so helpful and friendly.
The whole Online process was extremely user friendly and painless ! My order of a top a jacket and pair of trainers were all perfect - as expected - and arrived next day - a very worthwhile and successful experience !
Looking forward to my next visit !
