I was so surprised to see how big their selection of Masai is. I really love this store, never disappoints me. Also, the girl who helped me with my shopping was soooo nice and attentive.

Very disappointed with service in Renaissance Clontarf. Bought a face mask which was very unsatisfactory - poorly made, very big with no seaming to hold it to face, loose fitting elastic straps - and when I went back with it this morning was told 1) I'd been wearing it incorrectly (not true) 2) my face was the problem (too petite). I put the mask over the disposable one I wore into the shop and showed how it was so large it slid up and down over it. However, the assistant told me that masks are "hit and miss" and that she also had purchased some that didn't function. When I asked, "so that's it?", they nodded. It was a small purchase but staff attitude unhelpful to say the least.

Love the dress, S size was too big (I normally take a size 10) so had to exchange for the XS - this fits really well, look forward to wearing when the sun shines ... excellent communication with shop.
