Great experience and customer service

I asked if they had certain parts in stock that I was told by various places would take over two weeks to get from other garages via what’s app. They responded within the hour, I ordered and they were delivered the next day
Also I messed up and accidentally ordered 2 of something I only needed one of and they sorted out the refund at the same time the packed the order. Will definitely be my first port of call next time i need parts

Great service

Tried getting part from cheaper sellers, but none fit. Quality also seemed poor.

Wish I'd gone straight to Renault Parts Direct. Now got my parts and they fit perfect.

Fast delivery too.

Part advertised

Part advertised, Order placed after four days while I contract with customer service informed me it's out of stock. Waiting for a refund, Paid MOT twice due to irresponsibility.
