I used this company to install 14 solar panels, a 12kW battery, and a heat pump, all worth £14,000. Initially, my experience was very positive, and the team seemed professional and responsive. However, everything changed after I made the full payment and the installation was completed.

I had a heat pump service scheduled for June 2025. I was promised a service record by email, but despite numerous calls and emails, I did not receive it until April 2026—almost a year later.

Additionally, I was told I had a 5-year workmanship warranty and a 3-year product warranty. Yet, when my EV charger stopped working, I was told I had to pay £180 for a home visit, despite my warranty still being valid.

The after-sales support from this company is extremely poor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them. I will be looking for alternative companies in the future.

So glad I chose Renergy, from start to finish the process was done professionally, if I ever decide to add to my system or look at other things like heat pump, I won't be looking anywhere else.

The electrician guys turned up at around 09:15 as they had to make the commute over from Leicester. The roofing team turned up at midday to install the panels. They had a job elsewhere first. All was finished around 16:30.

I had a very positive experience with Renergy Solutions from start to finish. My initial call with Prashant was excellent, he took the time to understand my requirements and clearly explained the options without any pressure.

I did get a few other quotes, but Renergy Solutions felt the most straightforward and easy to deal with. Their reviews were reassuring, and I’d also seen some coverage of their work with Leicester Council, which helped reinforce my decision.

The installation was smooth, well organised, and completed to a high standard. Everything was explained clearly throughout, and the post installation support has been very good.

Overall, I received a solid end to end service, I am going to get quotes for my parents home next and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I'm really happy I chose to use Renergy. I had about 5 quotes from different companies and the visit from John made Renergy stand out from the rest. They were very competitive and fair with their pricing. When you receive a quote there is no pushy sales or deadlines and you communicate with one person on a mobile phone which makes the whole experience really easy. John was really accommodating in making changes to my system spec and quote while I was exploring options. Once I had decided and paid a deposit the install was arranged at a time which suited me. Again, communication and planning was excellent so thanks Erin. On the day of the install they turn up with plenty of labour and work really quickly. I think the panels were up within 2 hours of arrival, and it was raining! All the engineers and roofers were really courteous and respectful of my home and the neighbours too and everything was done to a high standard. I opted for 13 panels over 3 roof sides, a SIGENSTORE 9kWh battery and a gateway system. I was set up on the app, shown how to use everything and the guys were more than happy to answer the questions I had on the day. Overall I can't recommend Renergy highly enough.

I had solar panels installed approx a year ago and recently noticed that the pigeon proof netting (a simple but effective addition by the way). Whoever fitted the neighbours panels don't fit it and they have more pigeons nesting under their panels than I can count).
I digress. I send a WhatsApp message with a phot of the issue on Monday got a response asking about access within 30 minutes, had to guys arrive on Wednesday the same week who fixed the problem with a smile and politeness. From my first enquiry about solar panels, the office, sales and service staff have been professional, responsive and delivered excellence. I would recommend them to anyone

Really pleased we went with Renergy for our solar install. Design was great and the installation team worked really hard installing a challenging cable run in horrific weather conditions.

David, the surveyor, was thorough and suggested putting the equipment in a more challenging install location but it meant it was far more secure, this was something other companies didn’t want to do, presumably because it costs them more!

Overall I’m really pleased with the works and we will use Renergy again for future eco upgrades.

Renergy recently completed the installation of a 21 AICO panel system with a Sigenstor Inverter and Gateway at my property, and I could not be more impressed with the quality of their service.

From the outset, the team were open, transparent, and highly professional throughout the survey and planning process. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses to all queries and clear guidance at every stage.

On installation day, the team demonstrated outstanding expertise and attention to detail. The project was more complex than a standard install, yet they carried it out seamlessly, ensuring the finish was clean, precise, and visually appealing. The scaffold team and installation engineers all worked with care to minimise disruption.

Special recognition goes to Jake and Elle, whose dedication and commitment to high standards were evident throughout. Jake in particular ensured every detail was managed to the highest level.

Giggsy and his team fitted me with 10 panels and 2 x solax batteries and I could not be happier with the outcome. Nothing was too much work, and they even put our batteries in the loft which was no easy task. Work was exceptional standard and very efficient. All members of the team were extremely polite and professional. If you’re looking at solar then these are your guys. I have recently had them back to fit an EV charger and again service was first class.
