I can’t speak highly enough of Kate and the way she handled our situation. We were left in a complete mess after our previous solar company went bust before finishing the install. Kate didn’t have to get involved but she stepped in and picked up the job when most others would’ve walked away.

From the start she was clear, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, exactly what we needed after being left confused and frustrated. She explained everything in simple terms, kept communication open and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get things back on track.

It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows their stuff but clearly leads by example. Her honesty, patience and attention to detail made the whole experience stress free and reassuring.

I’d recommend Kate and her company to anyone without hesitation, a true professional who actually cares about doing things right.

Kate is bloody fantastic, she has been helping our renewables department now for the last 6 months or so. Our business is growing and customer satisfaction is at all time high and Kate has been a big part of that. I look forward to continuing or working relationship for many years to come.

Having had some frustrating time with tradespeople offering high quotes to examine our system and solve our problem I was surprised that, on contacting Kate, she said she might be able to do help remotely. Shortly afterwards I discovered that our system was up and running again. That is brilliant.

Excellent service from Kate and Ben. The system needed a data logger installed and a check of the whole system. A fault was found in that the system installed by the previous owners three years ago was not set up correctly to use the charged battery. This was corrected accordingly. The service was prompt and communication was excellent. They have a no nonsense down to earth approach which instills confidence snd trust.

Kate is blooming amazing.

Tremendous, efficient and effective service.

Renewable Assist came to our aid when we realised that our solar panels had been poorly fitted and were slipping off the roof.

Kate (who I believe) runs the operation - was not just helpful, responsive and knowledgable, but proactive (getting in touch about things, trouble shooting.) So refreshing (and unusual) not to having to chase a trades company.

Ben (the solar expert/roofer who fixed the issue) was efficient, effective and knowledgeable.

The scaffolders were courteous and effective too (another rare combination in our experience)

Highly and unequivocally recommended.

To cut a long and boring story short we needed help following the reinstalling of our solar panels after a new roof. Kate was so helpful and knowledgeable from the minute we phoned her yesterday to the final stages today and comes across as genuinely enjoying her job! Ben came and completed the installation of a new inverter this morning and is a lovely guy who completed the task quickly and efficiently. We can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Kate has been amazing since we signed up with her 12 months ago. So helpful and makes running our business a lots less stressful. Would highly recommend Kate to any Solar PV company.
