I bought headphones on the twenty-sixth. today is the 5th I have not received them yet .. the goods have not received

Ordered from seller 22.11.22, still says ordered being processed, sent email asking when will it be dispatched, no response…….. on bank statement it says payment made to SP BAND SPANKING ~ buyer beware! Think it’s a scam

Update to my review. The email address I have been using is a past employee's address, so it begs the question as to why they do not have a generic one that generate orders, or is available on their website? Anyway, they have been in contact on the back of this and my issue has now been promptly dealt with. This has been fed back and hopefully it will be acted upon, to avoid anybody having the same problem as I have had. Issue is currently in hand now.

I am sorry to post this review, as I have purchased a few items from this company and have had no problems. However, I purchased a Samsung smart watch back in November 2021 and it has now failed. I have contacted them via email 5 times now over the last month and have had absolutely no response whatsoever. I am using email address sachin&w1t.co.uk ( @ replaced by & ) which I presume is correct? If anybody has another please let me know. At present, their customer service is atrocious and I would not recommend them.

I think this is a new company, based on the limited reviews, and the website being a little limited.

The customer service from the company was great (it's only via WhatsApp, if you can't find it, BTW).

Item was received reasonably quickly, and packaged carefully to prevent damage.

I ordered black earphones. I was called to be told after my money had been taken that they didn’t have black and am still waiting for a refund.

Purchased some reconditioned Beats earphones. They arrived quickly and after a couple of days of use they seem excellent. Really pleased with the quality and the service so far.

Exceptional service / personal service - received a call from someone who was very helpful with an issue I had. They resolved the issue elegantly and swiftly - I can’t believe they don’t charge much more!

Purchased jabra 65t for an amazing £20 (£65 new) apart from cosmetic scratches on charge pod came boxed with all leads etc. Amazing service 3 day delivery standard option requested. I'll definitely be purchasing from Renewed again marvellous.

Jabba Ear pods arrived within a few days brand spanking new and £60 instead of £160, they may be a model that are a couple of years old but they are really good, very pleased with them and renewed
