The service has been good. The website had an error and I purchased drives not in stock anymore. Emil tried to help me out and offered a different option and tested them out on my request. Process was quite slow though

Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff is so helpful, they even replaced a part that my colocation provider told me was faulty, with no extra charge. I'm already looking for my next server on their site. Highly recommended!

They care about making you feel good about your experience.
Emil, the rep I worked with, was an absolute joy to communicate with. Renewtech didn't have the right quantity of the drives I needed, and he communicated that to me within 24 hours. We talked back and forth, and he ended up sending me some slightly better drives for the same price.

Good value and fast delivery
Fast delivery and good packaging. I've choose Renewtech for their stock availability of rare products (GPU cables).
More expensive than other websites but more capable (so from my PoV a good deal in term of value)

Great experience!
I was looking for a couple VERY specific hard drives for my NAS. Anywhere else I found them did not have as detailed of a description as these from Renewtech. Also, the pictures of the drives were much better. Although they are in Denmark and I am in the US, I thought it would take a while to receive them but they shipped them FAST! Great experience!
