Dell would not provide us with a disk…
Dell would not provide us with a disk for our SAN even though it is under support for another 2 years. We found a disk on Kimbrer, before we purchased he disk I checked with support if it was correct disk. It was not! They were so helpful, pointed me to the right disk which we ordered and is now happily working away in our SAN. A great experience overall.

Good experience, despite getting the wrong item on the first delivery the support was really fast replying and issued the replacement asap. Both pick up and delivery were good, packages well accommodated and secure.

Great service on warranty
We've been doing business with Kimbrer for a while now and place a big order (well big for us) last year. Recently we've hade some trouble with failing parts, which is a calculated risk when you order refurbished parts. And this is where i think Kimbrer shows it's real value.
Every failed part under warranty has been replaced quickly without long discussions. This is what i call real service. Everybody can ship boxes. Maintaining this level of service is quite more difficult.

Quick delivery and good prices.
Ordering a new power supply for our server was easy via Kimbrer and arrived very quickly. The PSU seemed to be in good condition despite being a refurbished unit and has been installed and confirmed as working.
