Complete scam , took my money said despatched, sent me evri tracking details , boots did not arrive , tried tracking called evri they said it was a fake tracking number and they had not had anything from this company , tried calling , emailing , whattsapp, no replies , had to escalate to my bank and eventually they refunded me re YOUR REPLY my bank got me my refund after all my messages and phone calls the only reply I got from you was to lie to me and tell me my parcel was definitely on its way and even supplying a tracking (fake ) number and then when you saw this review 20 days later ? You ignored god knows how many whattsapp and emails

Ordered a pair of boots, they were too small. I have contacted them numerous times via email, WhatsApp and rang them as I need to send them back. Still waiting for a returns label to send the boots back, that were delivered a week ago. Your customer after care is awful. Reading some of the reviews I have noticed others have struggled to contact you. Why should we be asking for a returns label so we can get a refund? Don't have to do that with other companies you just use their returns portal to generate your return and get a label/QR code to return your item. I've changed the number of stars for experience to 3 as you did contacting me within 24 hrs but I had to send numerous WhatsApp and emails regarding customer service to get a response from you. You just need to change your returns policy to QR code so the customer can print their own label rather than having to contact yourselves.

I placed an order on 17th September which I haven’t received. I’ve emailed, called and sent a message on Facebook & haven’t received a response.

Very poor!!!!!

Order arrived but as item doesn’t fit would like to return it. No response from company when asking for returns information (Website says contact them for returns so no information provided in package). Have tried to contact almost every day since receiving order.
