Like others said everything shipped extremely fast and included gifts/goodies, supplies and a handwritten thank you which is such a sweet touch. They seem to go above and beyond.

The product is good get a cool little magnet a pen for school work etc hand written note saying thank you they toss a few bags of needles in there for you this place is awesome and the prices are amazing compared to other sites no one else is doing this.
