Not worth your time

This Platform promote itself as the definitive way to play Counter-Strike as a toxic free enviroment, with capable players and high competitive enviroment.

As soon i joined this was true, great feeling, capable players and i seriously considered switching to renow as my main platform to play CS.

Then things start going downhill pretty quick.
Since it should ensure that bad acotrs got punished for their action, the platform use strict way to judge reports. On paper it sound really good, but there,is a problem.

Rules are applied based on how things are going, i explain myself better. You can't join the platofrm freely, you need to apply to be able to play, this mean there are really few players in the community. And this mean, also banning players it make having less players active and games cannot be even created because there are not enough players. So there are weeks when people are extreamely toxic and they don't ever ever get banned for their action (i have all the profs on this matter) and weeks where even having a littel argument in game, or try to defend yourself calmly withouth shouting/swearing or simply telling someone that they will be mute them because they are insulting or mocking you, might result in you getting ban for toxicity. Even worse is the discord server, where you will not find any kind of support, on the other end you will get mocked even more if you try to raise a problem to the attention of the community and sometimes even staff mermbers! Nobody will not take you seriously at all, people swear freely, troll, mock others witouth any kind of repercussion but the cherry on top is that you can get potentially targeted by the staff member who check the reports and he will ban you even where there is nothing wrong you have done and if you point out about players that deserve a ban that never got punished, the mod will tell you not to post the profs on the discord channel and they will try to silence you.

Servers sometimes are unplayable, and if you got a problem nobody will help you, not even after the game has ended.

Q times are extremely long, match balance sometimes is completley off

I will not play on this platform anymore, they have completley lost their propose and support is inexistent
