It is rare that I have felt so cheated and deceived. It was an incredible shame for the organizers of a magnificent wedding that Rent-Event cheated everyone who stayed in the incredibly miserable and substandard tents with some cheap and useless folding beds that would be refused to be used in a refugee camp. Nothing was as promised or as appeared on the website - apart from the price, which was blatantly exaggerated in relation to what you got for the money. We should have taken a hotel room instead, and if we had chosen the lousiest room in the UK it would have been better and cheaper than the Rent-Events sham. Everyone in the tents had terrible sleepless nights and several contracted colds and bruises from lying on a stretcher-like steel frame with a layer of canvas in the severe cold. Rent-Event should refund all participants the full amount and also apologize by paying everyone handsome compensation for pain and suffering. Fortunately, Rent-Event did not destroy the fantastic and well-planned wedding itself, although they were responsible for all the negatives, and such a company should not be allowed to exist.
