Worst company ever had a to have two…

Worst company ever had a to have two washing machines within just over a year as first one was faulty now had two dryers off them exactly the same amount of time and same faulty. I am single parent and they take advantage of people massively. If you have a fault with an item they refuse to sort it out avoid them at all costs. They still expect you to pay for a faulty item when they refuse to sort out the problem. absolutely joke. Stay away from this company

I stated my card was on way as cash machine swallowed card. Quick reply. You can bank transfer. Also stated wife had mini stroke was as if payment was priority

Had three items with these guys

Had three items with these guys. Washer and a dryer, both worked perfectly, and then I added a TV, when taking the TV upstairs just after christmas (it was a present) i dropped it on the stairs. Phoned the office thinking if a paid an excess fee it would be covered, but they arent covered for accidental damage and you still have to pay for an item you can't use. I did get a bit behind on payments after this, and am now back on track paying a little over what im meant to to bring me back up to date, have refused to make any payments for the TV, my contents insurance wont cover it as its a rented product so they cant understand why on earth a company would rent something and not have an excess for accidental damage. I contacted citizens advice they advised not to pay for it until things were sorted with the manager. Spoke to a lovely guy Matthew who come to the house to get me back on track with payments, (id like to add i was a 100% payer before the TV incident). I have a phone call booked with citizens advice next week to talk through my options, but im guessing i have none and i have to pay for a TV that was never even used. My washing machine has just packed up, i have two kids here, one of them being disabled so really need my washing machine for obvious reasons, and am told nothing is gunna get done about this until i have spoken to citizens advice about the TV. So, basically, im now paying for two products that dont work. I wasnt made aware at the time of order that there were conditions like this in place if a product was faulty that it wouldnt get replaced (as promised) if it packed up through no fault of my own. I decided to go with rent2buy because living alone with two kids i thought i would be more protected if any of the items needed repair etc, how wrong was i. Im now stuck paying for two items that dont work. Ok the TV was my fault i get that, but to rent out a 55 inch tv and not provide accidental damage cover seems really strange. I was told by the agent that the gentleman who first come to my house has told alot of customers that they would be covered for accidental damage. So my options are, start paying for a TV that wasnt provided with sufficient insurance or they wont repair my broken washing machine. I hate leaving bad reviews, but being held to ransom over a much needed item because of a disagreement on a completely different contract seems really unfair and unprofessional in my opinion.

I became a customer with these for a washer I wanted to eventually own the item so entered a contract ,stress free installation from start to finish.
I then got bought a new washing machine and had no need for the rent2buy item ,they weren't very happy with my reason but, went ahead and cancelled it and collected it......I'd highly recommend them and may be back in future
