Stay away...

They had to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the Hotel and were 1.5 hours late and did not answer their phone when called.
they were supposed to pick us up again when we had to return to the airport a week later and didn't come at all and didn't answer their phone.... so we had to take a taxi.

You get a stomach ache when you have to catch a flight, stay away.

De skulle hente os i lufthavnen og bringe os til Hotel og komme 1,5 time for sent og tog ikke deres telefon når man ringede.
de skulle hente os igen, da vi en uge efter skulle retur til lufthavn og kom slet ikke, og tog ikke deres telefon.... så vi måtte tage en taxa.

Man får ondt i maven, når man skal nå et fly, hold jer væk.

Sneaky company, they are not let you know about PCN if issued. Not sending updates.
Just be careful better company out there.

Also I would like to add all this about 1 year story by nowand still not finalised. Because the above escalated the situation to Bristov and sutor (this is a collection agency I never had Issues like this and all about £2.5 Dartford crossing charg by now went up to £250)
Also on my credit can see country court judgement for history. Never got a letter. Also they given a way your personal information without they let you know.

Great experience from pick up to drop off the car. Friendly staff, professional customer service. Easy online reservation process, very clean well maintained car. I definitely recommend to anyone who needs a PCO car.

I would highly recommend doing business with this company. I have been renting my vehicle with them for a while now and they are still as kind and professional as the first day we met. They are very fair and have competitive prices which is all you need. PCO Car Hire, Great Company to use, Kunal is a great person to deal with they are very competative on price, and every Transaction has been a smooth process up to now.

Amazing, loyal, committed and reliable company! Can't fault them. Me and my partner rented our PCO vehicles for a few years and once we decide to do Uber again we would not rent with anyone else other than rent 2 ride because they have exceptional customer service. ;)
