Thoroughly enjoy learning from The Rental Boyz! I learned about The Ultimate Checklist from the YouTube channel. Xavier and Eddie poured years worth of insight and information into the Ultimate Checklist, and it's so helpful to have a place to turn when a random question or unusual situation pops up. There is a ton of value jammed packed into the Checklist and the Youtube channel - highly recommend for anyone considering getting started in the business or trying to grow the business.
