Just recently rented online which was very easy and simple even in English, even got WhatsApp call from English chap to answer my queries and so far have found this car hire company to be excellent, but will let you know of my experience when I get the hire car in a few days time, which I have been assured will be excellent, but let's see if they live up to what they say.

Rentalplus.es - DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY
I recently rented a car in Valencia, Spain with this car hire company, through Rentalcars.com. I made the booking on 3rd August 2021 to pick up the car after landing from the UK on Monday, 30th August 2021. To my horror - after having taken a taxi from the airport to the pick up address (it is a 10 minute drive away and no hospitality buses to take you there!), I found that the office was closed! After various calls to the head office in Madrid and having been bounced from one person to another, I was told that I must have made a mistake because the office was open (I speak Spanish so no ambiguity que to a language barrier). Luckily the taxi driver offered to take a photo with a time stamp to prove this was not the case. I ended up having to fork out an additional 40euros in taxi fares to go to my accomodation and called the next morning. I was then told that they had been on holiday the previous day and that I could go and collect the car that day! I have since been struggling to get a refund on the day's loss of use of the vehicle, the taxi costs and the costs of various calls from my UK mobile to the spanish numbers. They refuse to entertain any refund and only offer me a 100euro voucher to use next time I hire with them. Not likely......they have terrible customer service and the car was badly dented on the side with a limit of 250km per day! KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS AND DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM!
