Working with Rental Property Pro has been a game changer for me. I can't thank the coaches enough. I finally have assets that provide me consistent cash flow and I feel confident in continuing to build my portfolio with the help and guidance of the coaches. Thank you for creating a program that works. And thank you for caring.

Paid these guys good money just to get ghosted when I needed them the most. No reasoning; just out right ignored one of their own students. Lost tens of thousands of dollars in homes that they green lighted and then kicked me down the road. No accountability and broken promises. I wish I would have never signed up with this company.

I feel extremely fortunate to have joined RPP. For the first few weeks was skeptical looking for BS or weakness in this program. Instead I found great training, amazing investor tools and a support network that is outstanding. John and team know what they’re talking about, operate within the tenets they teach and are always ready to help and support each member. I can say without reservation RPP is the real deal and I’m blessed to be a part of it.

This program/group/family is amazing for any new or experienced investor. There are private lenders within the private group and students are lending on each others deals. I have seen a military man without much savings take down 13 doors in 4 months using seller financing, a 59 year old woman adopting her grandkids found 100% private funding to kick start her journey to leave a legacy for them, another new investor who has closed on 5 properties in as many months, an experienced investor found a gap lender to help him reach his 1 house a month goal this year...this list goes on. The "done for you deals" are the best thing you will ever do, everything is guaranteed - even the construction. I myself have more than doubled my income since joining the program 2 years ago and I feel like I am just getting started! It offers personal 1 on 1 coaching calls (and a lot of them too, so far there has been no real limits set), 3 group Q&A calls a week, a support team to email, every document or contract you will ever need, an amazing deal analyzer and over 150 videos of content to learn from. The program also offers many affiliate contacts for things like business credit, lenders, insurance, repair estimators etc. etc. This program has actually changed a lot of lives, mine included.

They go above and beyond too teach you, encourage you, hold your hand every step of the way. Tim Tyszka has been my guiding angle this entire journey and we've only just begun.

Was interested to get help for my Multi Family deals but that’s not what I received .I’m not so happy about it anyway thanks

First off. High pressure sales pitch. Buy now...No... let me get my manager to beat you up some. After i bought there was NOTHING BUT YOUTUBE videos.. no work book, no guide. As a beginner, i never got past all the acronyms. I asked for help and the calls were so rushed, like i was wasting their time. I will say the support team, was top notch. She actually took her time and helped me. They had a guy call and he was also great with trying to help. But at this point i was so lost. Then the owner called me he made me feel even worse. Nothing he said he was going to do to help me ever happened. I guess he was too busy for the guy who just spent $8000. I cancelled after 6 weeks of rushed phone calls and little to no guidance. I got more info from watching bigger pockets podcasts on YouTube. All in all I could not recommend this program. They need substance to back up the 242 videos. I feel like they were the horrible babysitter who sat you down in front of a TV for 4 hours instead of having interaction with you.. If not for Delphine and Tim the entire experience would have been a complete nightmare.

Explaining everything Fully

The first thing I noticed about this company was the genuine interest in really wanting to see you be successful. The courses are broken down to where you can visualize what’s being taught. I feel very confident in this system that I will be successful trust me that alone is worth the experience

It's a great program I'm enjoying it and learning alot. Just wish you'd get it fixed so I can finish the videos it's been a month now and can't load week 10 nor can I finish the financial week due to the same problem. I've advised you numerous times of this issue and it's still not fixed.

This company delivered everything they promised in the advertisement. The CEO goes above and beyond to answer all my questions, and he is encouraging us to watch the videos and ask questions. In my own case he started with the area I need help with and he connected me with other companies that he had used before. I am glad to have signed up with him.

John and his expertise around finding my first rental has been nothing but a simple task with his guidance in this program. I couldn’t recommend it enough if your an experienced or newbie investor he’ll guide you right.

I'd tried on my own many times without success (I had one prop under contract but got scared and backed out) His guidance was invaluable to me and gave me the confidence to take action knowing that 1) I was more educated than before and 2) John would help at every step.

Great training materials, John breaks everything down to a simple process. Like the investor mindset and how to acquire properties step by step so it doesn't feel like drinking from a fire hose.
