I have been using Infrared Saunas for 2 years now and decided to rent one instead. Best decision ever!. The process was so easy and efficient – from ordering to delivery and set up (the wonderful delivery team did this in less than 20 minutes as they had to tackle some stairs – it would have been even quicker!!!). The convenience of coming home from work and hopping in the sauna is such a timesaver too. Keep doing what you are doing, best customer service I have experienced in such a long time and cannot speak highly enough of the Nook Unit – thank you!!!!.

This has been such an easy process - I’m renting a one person sauna. Everyone loves the unit, it’s quick to warm up & easy to clean.
They set it up for me & it literally took about 15 minutes for them to do it.

Purchased the Core 1 Person sauna and it is hands down the best investment we have made for our house. Fits in a 2 car garage no problems. Your first question will be does it feel costar phobic? Nope! It is extremely calming in there. The Bluetooth connection is dope you can listen to a podcast or chill music while having a sauna which makes the time go quicker. Heats up very quickly. You will be sweating ASAP. I had no idea about colour light therapy however after leaning about it i definitely believe it works. You don’t see it on your power bill and the extremely low EMF was the final sell for me because I can’t have that stuff messing with my good vibes. 11/10 and super glad I purchased this couldn’t recommend it enough and if you’re still reading this, the is the is the universe telling you to stop being soft and pull the trigger….you won’t regret it!

Great service and product. The team kept us up to date and informed about delivery. We are very happy with the size and ease of use. It is effective and we are using it 3-4 times a week.

Jordan and Josh installed our sauna for us this week and service was great from the time we made an inquiry to installation. They took the time to show us how the sauna functions, double checked everything to ensure it was working perfectly before they left, and they also helped me move a few things in order to put the sauna in its place. Though they have installed, the great service hasn’t come to an end! Thanks, Guys, for this amazing product and for being so helpful! We have used our sauna everyday this week, such a game changer - highly recommend the product too! Simple, clean, has all the features one could possibly need and so easy to use! Couldn’t ask for anything better really! 10/10!

Got a 2 person Elite, and hired it for a month to give it a try. Amazingly Effie t derives, friendly polite business. We decided to rent as we were unsure of our exact needs. So glad we did. We will still buy a sauna from this company but after our trail we now know our exact needs. Thanks for making this process a positive one.
