Rent a saunas team are amazing, they kept in contact at every step from delivery and setup and after install follow ups. They even take the time to take the packaging away when installing.

One of the best decisions I have made in the past 20 years, was to rent a sauna, especially from this particular company, who provided a level of service that far exceeded my expectations. The process was seamless, the communication was outstanding, and the options to rent and/or buy were ideal for my circumstances. When you make a decision to improve your health, you want a company like this that makes that commitment easier and has your back. Highly recommended.

After renting for less than a week I have purchased the sauna. It is fantastic. All correspondence, the delivery and set up were great.

Well……they sure are!!! Above and beyond what i ever thought or could expect. Keeping in contact on the lead up to delivery, letting me know when it’s coming and making sure everything suits.

The delivery, set up and pack up of all rubbish is as advertised!! Amazing customer service!!!

Rented the unit at first and then bought it after loved the service every step of the way I’ve owned it for two years now and still get messages checking up on the unit and making sure I’m still happy with it. 10/10 customer service

Not sure where to start! From the moment I called them to the sauna being delivered I couldn’t be more impressed. Even the gents that installed it were professional and so lovely. I’m going into my fourth week now and haven’t felt better. The sauna is amazing and I’ve been recommending it to everyone.

I’ve rented for a 6 month lease in the 2 person nook sauna. It has been the best decision. The company itself was very easy to work with, they got back to me really quickly and were able to talk me through the questions I had. Set up and delivery were amazing. The sauna is perfect, Bluetooth connection so I can listen to music or podcast. Due to our experience we will more then likely buy our sauna once the lease is completed

Doesn't matter what I say I can't convey how fantastic this company is. From the quality of the sauna to the incredible personal service 5 stars isn't enough. I've had my sauna 5 month's and the changes in my health is incredible. I suffer from fibromyalgia and assorted other illnesses and this has been a game changer. You know a lot of saunas could help but in all my research prior to renting to buy I didn't experience one other company that came close to Nooks incredible service. Don't waste your time please....these guys are fantastic!
