Exactly what we needed, exactly when we needed it! Would definitely recommend.

The staff (Leah, Denise and Will) were absolutely fantastic and consummate professionals! I initiated the booking while still living in the USA to book a storage locker and the whole reservation was easy. When I arrived at the Shrewsbury facility I got a comprehensive brief from Will on how the Rent-a-space facility worked. Over the next few weeks I was at the Shrewsbury branch triaging and disposing of our possessions all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and organised. I cannot recommend this facility enough and the review truly deserves its 5 Stars ! *****

Rent a Space Shrewsbury were a great help with our house move. Friendly, helpful staff; easy to use facility; and good storage options.

I have been using Rent A Space for about 3 years now, and the team there has made the whole process of moving all of my items into storage very easy.
The round-the-clock communication and continued assurances make me feel a lot safer about storing my items there, as a lot of my items are of great sentimental value i wouldn't trust going anywhere else.

Leah, Denise and the team are all incredibly respectful and helpful with any and all queries i may have.

If you're Shrewsbury, Oswestry, or anywhere North Shropshire based, i couldn't recommend them enough.

Recently I went to see Leah to enquire about renting a unit short term for Shropshire Cat Rescue charity shop stock during their relocation to a new shop premises. Leah was most helpful, as always, and discussed the best option for the Charity. I hired a unit for eight weeks with the option of giving two weeks notice to vacate. I paid for the full term but because it was not required for the full eight weeks, a refund was received without any problem.

Fantastic level of service offered by Leah at Rent A Space, Battlefield. Our needs were quickly assessed, options explained to us and £10 secured a storage unit until our personal effects arrived from overseas. Nothing was too much trouble for Leah (and in her absence Will). The storage units are clean, secure and easily accessible. Quite inexpensive too. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Leah and the team at Rent A Space, Battlefield.

Will was really helpful with getting the right size of unit I required even though my circumstances changed a few times the staff were more than helpful to fitting my needs. I didn’t catch the ladies name that also helped me but she was so friendly would definitely use this company again in the future. Thanks again guys great service….laura

I held a storage room with this company for some years, working in the NHS they were great up until the last few months. i was given a very good rate when i took the room out and had a yearly price increase as i would expect. the first price increase was not in line with inflation but was agreed. the second price increase was astronomical. when speaking with leah (manager) about such an increase to come to an agreement as i only required the room for a further 2 months due to completion on the house, she was completely unwilling to assist in any way and really displayed a lack of even wanting to try and help me as a 'valued customer' of so many years. i was absolutely disgusted in the end with the level of service i received, which was a shame to spoil the relationship. Leah also delayed reply to emails when i informed her that i wasn't happy with extortionate price increase and asked her for help with the price increase. overall i would never use branch again due to the unprofessional response of leah toward me as a customer in the end. Whether the upper management were aware i am not entirely sure. The other staff there were lovely and could not do enough to help me.

Response: the 8 weeks was a way of me keeping the price fair, which still worked out as a price increase. it was also made difficult as i requested to keep the same room and was informed i would have to move everything to a completely different floor, which was quite clearly to make things awkward and difficult. a price increase of that magnitude was neither warranted nor fair so i had to work a way of keeping it so, rather than having to move everything to a new company, which as stated before, was not feasible with my work pattern. i am sorry you felt that you could not offer a more simple resolution

Since moving to rent a space in March 2021 we have had nothing but professional service from company, nothing is too much trouble. We had a few teething issues when we first moved in and the staff we there to help straight away and everything was fixed promptly.

In the process of moving house, I needed furniture storage. My storage requirement for initially two weeks turned out to be for ten. As this is my first time using a storage facility I was pleasantly surprised by the units: clean, airy and well-sized. Peace of mind in not having to worry about clothing and boxed belongings getting musty or growing mould has been priceless. The security provided by Rent A Space insures that my belongings are safe and the accessibility allowed me to just pop in and pick up a dress when I had to!
Great value for money. Will definitely use again, should I need to store things in future.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys, always available whenever we need them.

Storage is very clean, secure and accessible. There are plenty of trolleys available to help with moving goods into storage. The security system is good and customers can access their storage at any time. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Monthly costs are reasonable for the Overall standard of the business.
