The cost of living is affordable, residents are friendly, environment is calm, property manager is nice, and area is very convenient with the large variety or stores, food spots, banks, and other conventional stops beneficial for the residents

The listings are either not updated, seniors are not able to have income 2X the rent. Properties with subsidies have long waitlist. Especially for disabled seniors with low incomes. CHA and properties have different rules and you get misleading information. Seniors are not able to navigate this different websites and input documents. Applying for each property and their process.

Still looking for a place that fits my filters. I am getting the same options repeatedly.

I tried answering a questions from a potential renter and not be able to send it out.

The only thing I have a problem with is METHOD OF PAYMENT. I have been using the same method for several months, and now, the page will not show the information.

The listings are beautiful.
The contact, or feedback is non-existent. The apartments listed are not all actually current or available. These issues further complicate the interests of time when trying to move.

Made me give a review before I could update my autopay for rent increase!

All I wanted to do was pay my rent. It not only FORCED me to leave a stupid review, it required me to leave a minimum amount of characters. It was extremely frustrating and annoying

I loved the Granada in Sherman Oaks! Applied, sent several messages to Sara and no response. Not good customer service!!! At least return calls and give a reason whether I was approved or not. So disappointed!!!

The purpose of me getting back onto this site was that I needed pay my rent. I forgot to extend my auto pay, so I made a single payment and I will set up auto pay again, The site is easy to operate.

Buyer Beware.
Emails were sent late, causing me to miss the payment window through no fault of my own. Even worse, they request payment before HOA approval, putting applicants at risk of losing their deposit if denied. Poor process and very unprofessional.

It was very easy to navigate all my questions were answered It was very very simple I recommend it to anybody Please looking for any kind of apartment or place to rent very well done

The ease of using this program after learning how to enter the proper information.

It didn't follow the preferences I set nor the area I set. Out of all (over a dozen) the places it showed me, only 2 were in the area & only 1 in the price range.
