I had a little accident so it's made some scratch, but I have to paid the acceptance charge 8,560 THB for any accident. It was not fair for customer it should be charge for real pay for maintenance. It made me fail for this trip.

Car rental at Lampang
I rented a car at Lampang. Once I arrived at the airport, there is no staff waiting to deliver the car. Then I contacted the car owner (R-Lampang Group), she said that she will call me back within 10 minutes, but there is any response from her for half an hour. Then I also contact Rent Connected and I did not get the good response. I can say that I tried to contact from both sides more than ten times before the car delivered. Finally, I was informed that my car rental order was missing (but I get the reminder confirmation email from Rent Connected). Once the car delivered (which I had been waiting for approximately 40 minutes from my booking time), the car is terrible; it is full of dents and fuel was not full tank before delivered (approximately 2 out of 10 fuel was missing). Fortunately, I claimed for the refund for the missing since I delivered the full fuel on my last day.
I will not recommend others to use this agent and this car owner anymore. The staffs are not nice and professional.
