The staff is very polite, understands english. We didn't face any issues during our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the balcony view was amazing! Would definitely recommend this place. The restaurant close by is very recommended by all the reviews I've read, but unfortunately we did not have time to try it.

Requested a cot on booking the day prior to our arrival. 4 minutes before check in time the following day I got an email asking if I still wanted a Cot. I immediately said yes and that I needed it very quickly as my baby needed to go down for a nap. I had no response on that occasion. I sent three more messages over the next two days telling them I needed a cot, all of them went without response. I had no cot for either of the nights I spent there making it very difficult to manage my babies sleeping arrangements. My wife and I had to take turns looking after our child in the bed while the other had a nap on the sofa for both nights. I tried the hotline number.... It tells you to message them. I will never use this rental service again due to their complete lack of customer service. I strongly recommend not booking any property managed by renters.pl. I am also contacting booking.com in regards to their lack of service, suggesting they get removed from the site.

Excellent location. The apartment was clean and ready for an excellent stay. The pictures are accurate and the communication was clear. Having a private parking spot was great as well. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to stay in a new lux place in krakow.

Apartment was easygoing, beautiful, with a bathtub, pretty big and very very clean. Also came in at low budget.
Pretty perfect.
Really easy location next to tram hub. A few minutes and in central.
Or use garage remote and park a car for usage around area.

This company says it has 24/7 customer service. However, they don't respond to email and their customer service line doesn't work (the line just beeps). Therefore, if you have any questions or concerns about your rental, they go unanswered. I attempted to contact them four times by email and three times by phone to no avail.

In order to contact eRenters costumer support you need to have the Policy Number. How am I supposed to do that if the reason why I want to contact eRenters costumer support is about me not knowing my Policy Number..
When trying to contact eRenters and fail, there is no feedback on why you are failing.
Cannot call the customer service number displayed on eRenters website. eRenters didn’t updated the phone information so it’s not working.

This is the worst experience I've had, and I rent properties regularly.
They take money from you post rental for various reasons. I only found this out after I rented the property and I've since been in contact with other renters who have had similar experiences.

I do not recommend that company. One day after payment they send mail to us about some technical issues and that house is not available for us. They returned money after 1 week so for a while, we had freezed money because of them. Also after one day we noticed that this offer again appeared on their page.

If you are the owner of the apartment and seek for a property manager, do not use their service. They do whatever they want, and send you invoice without your approval. They blocked dates even without notifying you. The commission is high with low booking rate.Clerks usually speak poor English only except their sales people.

Definitely do not recommend. Upon arrival, my parents found bugs and hair in the bed, the TV and internet didn’t work, and the towels were dirty. The bedding was old, grey, and unwashed. At midnight, we had to look for another place to stay because the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The company, after viewing the photos, admitted that they did not meet the standards of their property, yet they still rejected our complaint. Despite multiple attempts to contact them directly and through Booking.com, the company responded:
“At this stage, there is no possibility to reconsider the case or provide compensation.”
A complete lack of respect for the customer, lack of responsibility, and no response whatsoever. This issue will be reported to the Consumer Ombudsman.
I definitely do not recommend — these conditions and this approach are not worthy of any customer.

Rude and disrespectful organisation that is trying to get your money, myself was accused with a late checkout and no keys provided back at checkout. This was al false accusations and they are just trying to get extra money from you after your stay by accusing you that you did not left the keys, or your being accused for a late checkout done and then you receive emails and messages from this rental team from 12 different persons with many different names treating you that if you don’t pay the invoice they charge you with you go to court and debt collection agency.
I have contacted booking.com and after many treating emails from this scam company they finały send me the answer below :
Hello,
after re-verification of the case, we inform you that the charge has been canceled. We remain at your disposal for any questions.

I had a great stay at this luxurious apartment in Poznań, located at Pl. Wolności 6/401. The place was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was excellent, and I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. I would definitely book here again!

Avoid at all costs.
They are attempting to charge us a HUNDRED euros for a missing garage remote control. It's not missing, they just can't find it. Without even any explanation, they threaten you with a court case. What a joke!
