Worst renting agency in Europe.

We had so many troubles with our accomodation starting with it not beeing cleaned when we moved in. Now that we are asking for refund because of not beeing able to shower for a whole week they don't respond.

Had the displeasure of having to deal with this company. They also go as Noclegi Renters or Renters.pl - both of which confuse people, I had a rental thru Airbn that was managed by them. Someone in the building I stayed in damaged my rental car and it took me so much time to get in contact with them to provide the information about the person who caused the damage. They purposely withheld information and kept providing auto replies. When an employee accidentally provided a number to the actual owner of the unit I stayed in, Noclegi renters manager called me to harass me about how I received the owner information,
s didn’t address the questions I had about my cars damage but instead told me I shouldn’t be calling the owner.
Horrible company, shady operations and will make it hard for you if you do need help. In our rental stay we asked for more towels and that our unit was cold as well. They did not care, told us their policy is that they don’t provide more towels and can’t do anything about the heat. Avoid at all costs!!! Rent thru anywhere else if you can! Absolute nightmare company!

This is a warning to all the people who are thinking about booking with Renters through booking.com using a foreign credit card. Even though the payment is in polish zloty and the website clearly states it will be in PLN Renters will use THEIR own currency conversion to charge your credit card with unbelievable high fee on exchange of almost 10%.

Update on May 1st- Browar Gdanski Budget by Renters's replied when asked how the payment will be charged:

"The payment will be charged in the currency in which the card is default" The payment is already converted by Renters before it reaches your bank using high fees on conversion. Just be careful when booking, the info from Renters from April 12th (below) is misleading. Advice for Renters-check the facts with your financial department.

Complete disaster, avoid this provider. Booked one apartment through Booking.com. From very start there were some issues, they cancelled original reservation and rebooked other one, several times with wrong information and I had to push them on my own. At the end they even cancelled reservation fully, probably due to a mistake, and then they just claimed it is no more available for full week I requested but only few days. Avoid it.

The information about the apartment provided was false; it said two separate bathrooms which suited us well since we were four people. However once we arrived we saw that it was one separate bathroom only. This is a big issue but I didn't contact you since I was meeting my friends who flew from another country and we had limited time together and nothing could be done to change the situation. However, the absence of another bathroom and the false information provided about it is a very big problem!

We were four adults, who only sat and ate dinner and talked at the table. No party or activities that would damage any type of furniture or property! After the day of check out the renters without any contact charged me with 250 Zl like we had broken the coffee table. The photo provided for the "damage" was so easy to to understand that the company is nest of scammers! Be aware!

The description is incomplete. Before booking, go and inspect the building. I booked an apartment for 2 months for rest, but the building is new and everyone is renovating their own apartment. There are too many noises; I cannot sleep and cannot attend the meeting. Additionally, there is no garbage room in the building, so you need to go far away from the building to dispose of trash. There is also a Wi-Fi problem and it's cold. Even though I suggested changing my apartment after 2 days due to the noise, they declined. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Well know booking website, however like many others I was told my card details were invalid (on 2 occasions) so they left me no option that enter my card details on their dodgy website that offers no translation into English so as I don’t speak polish I ended up being charged much more than originally agreed due to a surcharge! Flat was ok but I will never ever rent from these people again. I wish I could give them a big fat Zero Star.

We had a negative experience staying at Salwatoriańska Apartments in Zakopane booked through renters.pl. We had 2 sleepless nights due to terribly noisy neighbours and we had no alternative but to leave 4 nights early due to noisy neighbours and feeling unsafe. The flat was bleak and basic, far from attractions, and the owners showed little concern for our well-being. They even asked us to call the police at 2am in the morning or approach the neighbours ourselves!!!

Booking.com has been more understanding, contrasting with renters.pl's lack of compassion. I advise against staying with renters.pl, who show false advertisements quoting a supposed relaxing aura at the apartment. I paid directly with renters.pl which is making it more difficult to get a refund for the unused nights.

Horrendous company. Steer away at all costs. Wouldn’t be legal to operate where I’m from. Ordered an apartment which we never got. Did get a replacement which was half the size and not what we paid for at all. Customer service can’t be described as a service at all. There are so many options that will serve you better.

Awful service and comunication. They charged me with extra fee for cleaning, though it was bigger than one night price. And I’ve booked the apartment just for one night.

Want to charge for cleaning extra even if it's included. Scam Company.

I have rented apartment in Krakow and the booking process was a big hassle with several payment trials they said that no money came. The apartment furnished is very cheap furniture too basic even without mug for a tea!

I was living in the apartment for 1 month and after checkout they tried to charge my card for $50, then they wrote email that they found a lot of dogs stuff and i owe then fine for living with dog otherwise they sue me and i will pay the layer comission besides the fee.
The point is that i never had a dog in my life and i would notice dog bowl in the apartments for 1 month. So they brought dogs bowl, shampoos in purpose and made a photo in the apartments.
See you in the court frauds where i will request cameras records and sue you for extortion

Similar experience to others here.

They deliberately charge you in your native currency rather than PLN which means using a terrible conversion rate and adds 10-15% on top of the expected price. Even sent me a photo of their receipt which includes the declaration "I was given a choice of currency and I accept the conversion" which of course never happened. Refused to help in any way saying it was out of their hands, yet they had no problem refunding the damage deposit...

In my eyes they do it deliberately as it was our sole experience of being charged not in PLN throughout our 4 week trip in Poland. You always get a choice when you put a foreign card into a machine so they will have deliberately not chosen PLN.

Also for some reason they don't process payment through Booking.com but their own platform, so I'm also not too happy with how secure that is.

I disputed the transaction with my credit card company and fortunately got a refund for the difference.

This company steals your money after you check out. stole €300 off my card after i checked out with made up excuses as to why. total scam rip off company. AVOID.

Stay away from this company. Room not cleaned, messy like a grenade exploded, contact only by email.
They completely ignore applications, and at the end they steal, they downloaded an additional PLN 200 from my account without giving a reason.
