@renthia Is the company still Functional ??

@renthia Is the company still functional ? Have not heard from them for long, no reply in mail, not in messages. Applied for renting apartment, it staying in " Application Review" stage for long with out any movement. So can anyone confirm if this company is still available for service ?

Stay away

Probably, I won't even give a star. I rented a furnished apartment from them in Lund (Skarpskyttevägen 5b). They claimed to have thoroughly cleaned it, but I had to clean it myself to remove hairs from all over the place when I moved in. Additionally, the washbasin was clogged, and I had to use a de-blocker liquid and pour a lot of hot water. During my 6-month stay, the fire alarm went off three times, forcing me to leave the room and stand in the cold until the security agency arrived to fix it. Despite booking the washing machine slot, someone always managed to take it. The corridors and common areas consistently smelled awful. For couple of days there was a heating issue which meant no hot water and heating. Would they repay for causing this inconvenience? I guess 'no'.

Upon moving out, they charged me almost SEK 3000 for cleaning, even though I had cleaned everything before leaving. They accused me that I had damaged their bed and needed to replace it, which seems like an excuse to extort money. Furthermore, I left in mid-December, but they informed me about the damages at the end of January. Common sense dictates notifying renters about damages when they vacate, not after 1.5 months and not when asking for the deposit. I am confident they rented out the room immediately after I left, portraying that this company is driven by greed for money.

Just to clarify, we are not the owner. We are a service provider. Hence not all aspects are within our control. We have many tenants staying in this building, with no complaints such as this, so we are sorry that you have had a bad experience. In regards to the cleaning fee, it was already in your contract prior to signing and to moving in. It is a fixed cost from the owner. In terms of issues when moving in, it is up to each tenant to inform us upon move-in. All our tenants, including you have a termination possibility, if you feel the stay was bad, so for next time, remember that you can terminate at any time.

Smooth and easy

We signed the contract within 24 hours I found out about Renthia. Everything went smoothly, I've been assisted quickly and thoroughly regarding any question I had. I moved in two days ago and everything's just as it should be. Highly recommend the service so far!

Renthia is not to recommend as a…

Renthia is not to recommend as a tenant. Had a situation where I was accused of having lost keys during my stay since I said I only had one. I claimed I only received one, they decided that they were going to change the locks while a was away meaning I didn't know how I would access the apartment when I got home and they also said I would be charged for it. A couple weeks later a member of the landlords staff showed up at my apartment with the remaining keys saying they had been in his office since I moved in. Joyce, the "support" is to avoid at all cost, she goes to personal attacks when you don't agree with her and is quite nasty.

Great support and communication

Great support and communication with the team. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to rent a house through Renthia, due to the high season in the city I'm going to. However, I continue to recommend Renthia as the service and care provided was excellent.

So far the process has been smooth and painless. Meaning, the website, the support received and the agility of the process.

Best and Trusted way to find home

Renthia was very much helpfull for me from the beginning of my stay in sweden.
The accommodation they listed in dashboard are with all facilities and very trusted and as on the vedio.

I really enjoyed my stay with renthia and hope to continue it further. And the team also very helpfull.

I wish if we have a hotline number and 1year rental period.
Overall i am really happy with the service and experience.
