Get a mix of listings that are outdated. This includes contacting outside parties instead of being accessible through the platform with no promoted access even after paying for prime subscription. Informed soon after that the properties were rented weeks or months ago and the listing is out of date. Other rental services provide listings faster. Poor value for the spend.

Most rental listings in the Netherlands are originally posted on third party sites, so RentHunter aggregates them and links you to the source. We can't fully control how quickly each platform marks a listing as rented, but we filter aggressively and continuously remove stale ones. If you saw listings already gone weeks before, that's not normal and I'd really like to look into it.
On speed, our alerts are typically among the fastest you'll find for the Dutch rental market. If that's not what you experienced, it could be a saved search configuration we can fix together in a few minutes.
