BEST HOUSING WEBSITE IN SWEDEN

Great website with many different apartment to choose between... New listings are added daily which i really liked. Best housing website in Sweden for sure.

Horrible

Horrible. The process never mentions a 50EUR subscription. Only informs about the 0.5 EUR verification cost. And a couple of days later you get charged. Horrible experience. Straight forward theft

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY- MODERN DAY THIVES

It seems like all the review saying scam make sense. Guess what I have similar experience where verification for 5 sek and charged 499 sek. and upon asking for cancellation -no reply(expect we will contact you soon). They have designed the site that user have hard time to cancel subscription. Anyway I have complained to arn.se. Let's see if they will manage to get my money back. Wondering if they will charge again next month before cancellation of service. and Rentify.se please don't bother to clarifying and replying here. There is no point bother to answering all the messages here and not replying on customer services message when they need answer. So if you want to save your money please don't verify yourself from credit card and debit card. You will find more reliable and free of cost services like Blocket, Symtryyg and several others. and please don't get fooled by the listings and asking price on their site and give your credit card and debit card details.

I find Rentify extremely easy to…

I find Rentify extremely easy to navigate through and to find what you are searching for.

The website offers many smart functions, i especially like the Wish list feature where you can save apartments that you are interested in and come back and see them all at a later stage.

It’s also easy to contact and communicate with landlords. I had a great experience and will definitely use the service again in the future.

I would really recommend Rentify

I got a new job in Sweden and had to find an apartment pretty quick. Looked through several websites, facebook groups with no luck. However my experience with Rentify was really successful.

Linked up with a verified landlord which offered me to rent his place and also show me around in the city. I just arrived in the apartment and i’m really happy, everything looks just as described.

I’m normally suspicious since i’ve had bad experiences with landlords in the past, but from my experience I would really recommend Rentify.

SCAM
Yes, 5 SEK is a beginning of subscription and they will charge your card 499SEK monthly. In their terms it's written that you can cancel it in the account settings, but no - there is no this functionality, no any button there to cancel a subscription. And of course they don't respond to support inquiries.
We should file a claim to Konsumentverket.

Great Service - Very Satisfied

I stumbled upon this website while looking for a rental apartment. I had already tried several housing websites but figured I would give it a try.

Good search function with a wide range of apartments. Find some good options, received a message from renter within 2-3 hours and scheduled a video call for the next day. Everything looked good and i moved in quickly.

User-friendly service, verified users and fast respons from renters.

Utter scam...
None of the ad posted by the landlords is legit....you message them asking for a visit and there's no reply back from any....
If you really want to earn money in this manner ...karma follows you....that's the fact.....

Probably the Best Housing Website in Sweden

I was recently looking for accomodation in Gothenburg and i feel lucky that i found Rentify.

The website helped me to find a temporary (6 months) place to stay without worrying bout apartment showings, fake landlords and other hardships.

It was extremely helpful to be able to search through the different apartments and immediately connect with the landlords. It saved me a lot of headaches.

I’m really happy with the apartment, the only downfall is the lack of storage possibilities. Other than that, i have nothing to complain about.

Rentify.se seems to be a scam

Rentify.se seems to be a scam. Their customer service is unable to provide the help they promise you over mail (of course a company like this does not provide a telephone number, because they don’t want to deal with dissatisfied customers firsthandedly), they do not live up to their legal responsibility of return policies, and lastly they do not provide the service that you pay for, since the messages you send out from a verified account do not ever reach the landlords. Simple as that. Horrible service all over. Do not use, go elsewhere.

didn't deserve the money I paid

Through out my journey of looking for a house in Sweden/Stockholm, this website helped me 0 times, I tried to apply for many houses and my profile was pretty good, but I got 0 messages and offers, and I even paid for the subscription, but also didn't help, I asked support for support they didn't even reply, if there's a 0 rating I would have used it.
conclusion: didn't deserve the money I paid

Best housing website in Sweden

The platform is great with Maps, filters, understandable explanations. They should be better on deleting old listings. However, the rest is good and its good that new listings are added daily. It’s also good that most users is verified.

I was really in need of a new apartment and started to feel desperate. After a couple of days, i managed to get in contact with a couple of apartment owners and finally got my hands on a great apartment. So I’m happy overall.

Big scam

This is a very big scam. When I paid the 5SEK fee, there was no mention of automatically signing up for a subscription of 500SEK. I have tried contacting the customer service time and again and there has been no response whatsoever. The website is poor and there is no mention of cancelling my subscription and no contact details. There's just an email address from which I receive no response from Rentify. Is this the way you want to treat customers (assuming you care). I would give half a star if I could. I feel cheated

Best housing website

Rentify was very well functioning and it was very easy to navigate through the website. I searched for apartments through numerous of other housing websites without any success, but through Rentify i was able to find the perfect studio apartment.

The best thing about this site is that they are monitoring many different housing websites and aggregates all the listings on one place, so that you don’t need to keep track of all the different websites which can be impossible.

Another great thing is that a majority of all users are Verified, which made the whole experience feeling much safer. The verification comes with a small cost, but it’s all worth it in my opinion, since it’s giving you full access to all the new listings and other tools.

The chat tool which connected me directly with the landlord was something i absolutely loved about this site. The landlord quickly responded and we were able to sort out all the details regarding the apartment.

In my opinion, it’s a very good service and I’m very satisfied!

THIS IS A BIG SCAM

THIS IS A BIG SCAM. Rentify.se fooled me like many others and stole 499 SEK from my account without my own consent. They will tell me that It was written in the terms and conditions but it us a big lie. They ask you to verify your account for 5 Sek and 2 days after verification they charge you 499 Sek as a monthly membership fee. I don’t remember to sign up for any monthly membership. It is not specified on their website nor on the page while I was paying 5 Sek. They simply fool people and apartments on their portal are most likely fake. I am taking legal action so that they won’t rob more people. Please be aware and avoid these professional spammers. They promised me that my account was canceled and they refunded the money but there is no refund. When I wrote them again today, they replied that I was banned. Banned??? seriously avoid rentify.se and if you can contact konsumerverket.se about this.

Great experience

My friend told me about this site. To me, this site was very helpful because it gave me access to hundreds of available apartments. Please note that it requires a lot of searching and research to find a apartment, so you need time. And i started to get more answers when writing messages in Swedish compared to in English.
