The reservation was cancelled since we needed more information to activate it, we also tried to contact to confirm, but we got no response, nevertheless the refund was completely submitted to the very same card used for the purchase.

I booked an Avis reservation through RentingCarz and during the process, I was never asked to input my driver's license information. When I when I got to the front desk, I was informed that RentingCarz made my reservation as a Uruguay resident (I have a US driver's license) and that my reservation couldn't be honored. Not worth the savings
The application worked well but the rental company EASYCARRENTAL was a disaster at pickup. In LAS we took the car rental shuttle and when we got to the center we had to wait for another shuttle to take us to their building 15 minutes away. Unprofessional and really slow. I was the first person in line and took them 45 minutes to call me. Never again.
