Great system , easy to use .
We’ve been using Rent Logger for around 3 months now after being customers of Landlord Vision for many years, and we’ve been really impressed.
We manage 146 properties, most of which are agent managed, so anything that saves administration time is hugely valuable.
The Xero integration has been a game changer for us. Previously, manually entering everything into Xero was a nightmare and could take a couple of days each month. With Rent Logger’s AI document scanner, we can scan documents, review the information and post it straight into Xero, including reconciling incoming payments. What used to take days now takes less than a couple of hours.
The AI scanning is also fantastic for things like insurance schedules. Even with a multi-property policy, it can identify and assign the information to the correct properties, meaning we only need to check the details rather than manually enter everything.
We use Rent Logger every day to monitor certificates and keep track of renewals.
The app is also clear, simple and very easy to use, while offering lots of useful features and excellent communication tools.
Having used Landlord Vision for years, we've found the pace of development and innovation at Rent Logger really refreshing.
Anthony is always available to help and provides a bespoke, personalised service. Its good to speak to someone who is a landlord too as he really understands the industry .
Highly recommended, particularly if you're managing a larger portfolio and want to reduce the amount of manual administration.
