Rentola is a shifty company which likes…
Rentola is a shifty company which likes to make their contact details EXTREMELY hard to find for consumers.
Furthermore, users (myself included) have had their subscriptions renewed despite having cancelled them through their website. I was charged 40 euros. Borderline illegal, and a case should be opened to the Dutch Consumer Board.

Another scammer, the same as huurportal! Money was taken from my account without my knowledge. Emails asking for cancellation, no response, and when I canceled the transfer with my bank, I immediately received threats. Do not, under any circumstances, visit this scam website!!!

The listings are completely useless, and even after canceling the subscription, they continued charging us €39 per month despite multiple emails. It's been 4 months, and there's been no resolution. Customer support is nonexistent, and the entire platform is a money-grab scheme. Never go to this website. Save your time or money.

I did not sign up for the 40 EURO monthly subscription, but i got billed. "No refund policy". They ask you to sign up with an account to "verify your identity" and then they charge you 40 next month.

Absolute scammers. First, you pay £1 for access to view a list of properties, then… £35 for their subscription which you don't even expect…surprise, surprise! As far as I know, Rentola knows about the problem with their subscription, but deliberately continues this practice, while cynically hiding behind their internal policy of not refunding payments to buyers, which is absolutely disgusting, given the validity of the claims against Rentola's services.

No customer service, it’s just AI robot.
Took my money and didn’t gave it back, as I never intended to subscribe. I’m gonna try to contact Netherlan authorities because I’m a student and unexpectedly I got charged and unexplained nor received no message from them after warning them.

Scamming people who try to take your money by threats
They tried to take money from me after a 1€ trial of 7 days, afterwards we contacted their support but they didnt even answer, all they did was send another reminder that we had to pay or else they would charge us even more, this is the worst service ever do not trust this website, there are better alternatives of this website, all of their e-mails also end up in your spam folder so you dont even know that you are subscribed or get reminders of why they are taking money

Subscription charged without clear consent
I paid €1 thinking it was a one-time trial, but Rentola tried to charge €39 afterwards. I canceled everything, contacted support, and blocked the payment via my bank. This kind of hidden subscription is not okay. I hope Rentola improves transparency and support.

Absolute scammers, they ask you to pay 1 euros to be able to message real estate egents, but most ads are scams and fake with cheap rent prices. Then without mentioning they extend your subscription and charge you 39 euros next. Dont give them your payment details. Dont use them.

Auto-Subscription SCAM, cancel ASAP
Company asks you to pay 1 euro to react to houses, but you get send to other websites (websites of the companies that actually rent out these places), after this they charge you 39 euros a month without letting you know you accepted a subscription (misleading texts on the website). I got my money back by contacting my bank and blocking Rentola immediately. Reccomend you all do the same and also send them a mail to delete your account in hopes that they actually do.

I never subscribed to anything in the first instance, I was only ask to pay £1 to be able to contact landlord and thereafter they tried to debit £35 from my account saying its subscription, then I went back to the site to cancel subscription, but I still got debited even after cancellation. Their phone number is fake and they don’t respond and I’m wondering how they are still allowed to operate.Refund my money immediately or I am taking this up legally and I don’t care how much it will cost me to bring this scammers to book.
Added: To further show how untrustworthy and fraudulent they are, they have comeback to me after 6 months requesting for ridiculous information to solve the issue. Do not trust them they are fake and FRAUDULENT!
