5 Star Experience!
Greetings! Rent Porta Johns and their representative Heather came my my rescue!! We just had our floors refinished so I am a little paranoid of having a parade of painters trounce around the house. I had reached out to several similar companies but got no response. I'm thankful I came across Rent Porta Johns. Heather took my call and expertly walked me through the process of renting. I had no idea the about the time line of the painting project but their business model is easy to understand and IMHO, affordable. We were put on the schedule and the unit was delivered the day before the work/paint crew arrived and placed on the exact spot I had marked. The painting ended yesterday and another quick call to Heather got us on the schedule for the unit to be picked up. We could not have been happier with this decision. On a personal note, we know great service/customer service when we receive it and the highest compliment I can give is that I would hire Heather in a heartbeat. She is a great brand ambassador and company representative.
